Our classes are for anyone new to salsa, or for those that want to perfect their Cuban motion to uplifting music. Escape the stresses of life while keeping mentally and physically fit. We also cater for experienced salsa dancers – all styles and levels of salsa appreciated!

Usual Wednesday night class schedule:

6:50-7:40pm private lessons – see below 

7:45-8:00pm – welcomes and warm-up

8:00-8:45pm – drop-in group class for newcomers to Cuban salsa and anyone who would like to accomplish good technique

8:45-9:15pm – drop-in improver moves

9:15-10:00pm – drop-in group class for experienced salseras and salseros (inter/adv)

10:00-10:30pm – drop-in rueda session

To make dancing affordable, we charge only £8 for the night rather than per class.

Book a private lesson for just £25 at our venue (£30 for two dancers), and then get your following group classes for a reduced price of £5 per person. 

Private lessons are ideal for anyone who wants to try salsa ‘one to one’, with a partner or in a small group before they join a bigger group class. It is also beneficial for those who want to perfect their technique or styling. Video analysis option available.

NB Private lessons book up very quickly. Booking now for February and March 2026.
